Is BOMA Membership Right for You?
The Denver Metro Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) is a trade association representing one of the largest and most revenue-generating industries in the state: Commercial real estate. In Colorado, commercial real estate contributes approximately $1.5 billion to the state’s economy; generates nearly $500 million in new taxable personal earnings and supports nearly 35,000 jobs.
Denver Metro BOMA members are responsible for the ownership/management and administration of more than 90 million square feet of office space and additional millions of square feet of facilities throughout the Denver Metro Area. The individuals that manage represent building ownership, professional property management firms, professional service providers and contract services, including construction, cleaning services, security services, elevator maintenance and more than 40 other categories of specialty services.

BOMA membership adds value to your properties and benefits your tenants and the real estate professionals who guide and care for your investment. BOMA dues are usually treated as a building operating expense due to the reduction of other costs typically passed to tenants.
