The Education and Programs Committee determines topics of interest for Membership Meeting programs and plans workshops and seminars on issues affecting the industry.

This committee coordinates and conducts the professional designation (RPA, SMA, and FMA programs) including our annually-offered Foundations in Commercial Real Estate Course, a 30-hour, entry-level course covering the fundamentals of commercial real estate administration, management, building systems, accounting and reporting, contract management, and more.

Lastly, this committee is responsible for vetting applicants and awarding the Ronald L. Simpson Scholarship.
