Leadership Academy
The Leadership BOMA program is geared toward property management professionals. It is designed to develop overall leadership skills, industry basics, and an understanding of BOMA as an association.
It is the perfect opportunity to learn more about the industry and the association, network with peers, and develop valuable leadership skills that will help to advance your career. This select group of individuals will have the privilege of hearing from leading professionals, elected officials, and members in a small group setting.

Application Process/Checklist
To apply, please complete and submit the following application with a current resume and recommendation letter. Please review the Leadership Academy Packet and the requirements for applying to participate in the program. The following supporting documentation should be ready to upload when submitting your registration.

Cost and Payment
The cost of Leadership is $3100. Payment will be requested for each applicant upon notification of acceptance to the program. NOTE: Program costs include all expenses related to the course curriculum, including meals, travel to and from the retreat, speakers, and other textbooks.
